EMEA COE Inventory and Costing Analyst

The EMEA Center of Excellence (COE) Inventory and Costing Analyst will be aligned under Global Finance Services (GFS), reporting to the EMEA COE Manager. The COE Inventory and Costing Analyst is responsible for value-add delivery of tasks aligned under the Inventory and Costing pillar either directly or through the BPO (Business Process Outsourced partner). The COE Analyst serves as a process change expert and advisor for regional processes aligned to the Global COE model, while working in alignment with the other regional COE Process Owners (Asia, US) on the implementation of standardized global processes.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for inventory reporting (Raw Materials, Work In Process, Finished Goods, Deferred Inventory, Temporary Engineering Stock), including tracking of trends and analyzing movements of inventory in our Service and Manufacturing business
· Supports material costing activities of manufacturing business units in Europe and Israel
· Supports yearly cost roll process to maintain the standard cost of materials
· Responsible for analyzing purchase price variances
· Performs accrued receivers analysis and aging, follows up with purchasing and P2P to resolve aged items
· EMEA inventory and costing process owner, identifies process improvement opportunities to drive time and cost efficiencies
· Responsible for all Inventory related product deliveries to EMEA internal customers with support of our Business Process Outsourced partner
· Performs monthly close tasks, including detailed inventory reserves reviews and accruals
· Supports audits and ad hoc requests

· Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Education and Experience:
· B.S. level in finance, business or accounting
· 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis position
